Services Provided

  • All clothing items, household goods, books and children's items are free.
  • Donations accepted—All items must be clean, sorted and useable.
  • Please donate during store hours only and no outside drop-offs are allowed.

Actual shelter hours are random, as it is staffed by volunteers. Please use one of the contact numbers for assistance.

  • Financial assistance to spay or neuter pets-Call Sarah at 605-578-3918 for assistance
  • Dog houses
  • Kennels
  • Cat and dog food
  • The TC Animal Shelter is available 365 days a year for abandoned, abused or lost pets.

  • Monthly Meetings:
    2nd Monday of each month (unless changed) @ 1100 Executive Committee Meeting- 2nd Monday of each month (unless changed) at 1045
  • Potluck Luncheon:
    2nd Monday of each month (unless changed). Entrée provided, please bring a dish to share with others (salad, dessert, etc.) or make a cash contribution.
  • Card Playing:
    2nd and 4th Thursday of each month beginning at 1 PM. Pinochle, Cribbage or start another game of your choosing.
