NOTE: A property owner or a representative MUST be present to turn on or turn off water and sign a Work Completed form.

Commercial Accounts: Rates will be based on a formula dependent upon the specific details of the business (please contact Lead City Hall for assistance)
Unpaid or delinquent bills: All City Utility bills will stay with the property and are the responsibility of the property owner of record. Any unpaid or delinquent utility bills will be placed on the property as a Special Assessment.
